1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and dp333 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the dp333 website located at https://dp333.io and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and customer support.

3. Account Registration & Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the dp333 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including any bonus funds.

When registering a dp333 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. • Account credentials, including your username and password, are personal to you. You must not share, transfer, or sell your account or credentials to any third party.

• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dp333 support immediately via live chat or email.
• dp333 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures at any stage, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or following unusual account activity.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or account closure, subject to prior notice from dp333.

dp333 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, particularly where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

dp333 supports deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to your dp333 account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• dp333 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• You must ensure that all deposit instructions, including the correct merchant number and transaction reference, are followed precisely. dp333 cannot be held responsible for funds lost due to incorrect payment details entered by the player.
• dp333 reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• All deposited funds are held in a segregated account and are used exclusively for player gaming activity on the dp333 platform.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. dp333 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–24 hours during standard operating hours (00:00–24:00 BST).

• Before any withdrawal is processed, dp333 may require the player to complete identity verification (KYC). Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• dp333 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where the associated account is under review for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or policy violation.

• Registering more than one account, or accessing the platform through an account belonging to another person.
